The perfect space for "digging out treasures"... A practice I've developed by learning different tools over the years to help support connection with authenticity of self. We tend to be influenced by society, family, religion and many, many rules that don't make sense. We tend to suppress our needs and wants in order to be accepted, to feel that we belong somewhere...does this ring truth? In this session we can explore different ways that support you expressing your truth, how to be more connected to your heart and how to live a more balanced life.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule notify us at least 24hrs before your appointment date and time. Missed appointments, cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24hrs will be charged in full. Once you book your appointment you have agreed with our strict policy. We appreciate your understanding.
