Our Treatments
We offer a range of massage therapies designed to treat many different conditions.
From recovery after sport, injury treatments or just fixing general aches and pains.
Below are just some of the more common symptoms we can treat.
Back Pain and Stiffness
Back pain can come from anything — long hours at a desk, lifting, stress, or simply moving in ways your body isn’t prepared for. Treatment helps release tight muscles, ease strain around the spine, and restore the movement your back relies on. Many clients feel lighter, freer, and more stable in their day-to-day activities after working on this area.
Hip tightness and reduced mobility
Tight hips can affect everything from how you walk to how you train. By working into the deeper layers around the hips, glutes, and lower back, treatment helps improve mobility, reduce tension, and restore smoother movement patterns. This is especially helpful for runners, lifters, and anyone who sits for long periods.
Knee pain and lower-limb strain
Knee discomfort often comes from more than the knee itself — hips, quads, calves, and feet all play a role. Treatment works through these connected areas to reduce strain, improve alignment, and help the knee move with more support. This is helpful for runners, lifters, and anyone experiencing recurring knee tension.
Postural discomfort from desk work
Desk work can leave the body feeling compressed, tight, and tired — especially around the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Treatment helps undo those long-held patterns by improving circulation, easing tension, and supporting better posture. It’s ideal for anyone who spends long hours at a screen.
Post-training soreness and recovery needs
Training hard is rewarding, but it also leaves the muscles needing support. Treatment helps reduce soreness, improve movement quality, and speed up recovery so you can train consistently and feel stronger doing it. This is especially useful for CrossFit, weightlifting, running, and high-intensity training.
Neck and shoulder tension
Neck and shoulder issues are incredibly common, especially for people who work at computers or carry stress in the upper body. Treatment focuses on releasing tight muscles, improving posture, and easing the tension that causes headaches, stiffness, or restricted movement. Clients often notice clearer breathing and a more relaxed upper body straight away
Sciatica and nerve-related discomfort
Sciatica can feel sharp, dull, achy, or radiating — and it often stems from tight muscles, irritated tissue, or restricted movement around the lower back and hips. Treatment helps calm the surrounding muscles, reduce compression, and improve the way the area moves so symptoms ease and the body can settle.
Muscle tightness and trigger points
Stubborn tension and trigger points can build up from training, long hours of sitting, or repetitive movement. Treatment targets these tight areas directly, helping the muscle relax, lengthen, and regain normal function. Clients often describe the release as “freeing” or “like a weight lifting off.”
Overuse and repetitive-strain injuries
Repetitive activities — typing, lifting, carrying, training — can overload certain muscles and joints. Treatment helps calm irritated tissues, improve movement around the affected area, and reduce the strain that causes recurring pain. It supports long-term recovery rather than just temporary relief.
Prenatal and postpartum tension
Pregnancy and postpartum changes place new demands on the body — hips, lower back, shoulders, and pelvis often feel the strain. Treatment is gentle, safe, and adapted to your stage of pregnancy or recovery. It helps relieve discomfort, improve mobility, and make your body feel more supported as it changes.
