I am a fully qualified Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, with over a decade of experience since graduating from the North London School of Sports Massage. As a proud member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA), I have honed my skills to provide expert care, particularly for pregnant clients seeking relief, relaxation, and support during this transformative time.
I’m passionate about helping expectant mothers understand the changes their bodies are experiencing and empowering them to embrace their well-being. Each session is uniquely tailored to the individual—I take the time to listen deeply, ensuring my clients feel seen, heard, and truly cared for throughout their pregnancy journey.
