
Myofascial release
Myofascial release therapy is a gentle yet highly effective technique that targets the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and joints. I am a fully qualified Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience since graduating from the North London School of Sports Massage. As a proud member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA), I have dedicated much of my career to mastering myofascial release techniques, helping clients overcome pain, tension, and movement restrictions caused by fascial imbalances.
My extensive experience in myofascial release allows me to address complex issues effectively, working with clients to resolve deep-seated restrictions and restore the body’s natural mobility and alignment. I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge, helping clients understand the role of fascia in their overall well-being, and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and self-care.
Each session is tailored to the individual, incorporating advanced myofascial techniques to target specific areas of concern while ensuring clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
